Pixel and Conversions API aren't set up properly (or at all)

Since iOS 14, browser-based Pixel data alone is unreliable. Without server-side tracking via Conversions API, you're losing 30–50% of attribution signal. Most accounts I audit don't have CAPI installed, or have it installed wrong with duplicated events.

Campaign structure was built for a platform that no longer exists

Most accounts still have over-segmented campaigns with too many ad sets, audiences competing for the same impressions, and the algorithm starved of data. Modern structure means fewer, broader, better-funded campaigns.

I run your Meta ads day-to-day: monitoring, optimisation, creative testing, weekly reporting. Minimum 3 months (the algorithm needs 2–3 weeks of stable spend before meaningful optimisation can begin).

Common questions.

Pricing is discussed on the discovery call. I quote specifically once I understand your scope, your current setup, and what you actually need, never generically. To filter early: I work with B2C brands typically spending AED 10,000+/month on paid acquisition or with comparable revenue from other channels.

The minimum I recommend is AED 5,000–10,000/month in ad spend. Below that, Meta's algorithm doesn't get enough data to optimise properly. Most of my clients spend between AED 15,000 and 80,000/month. The right number depends on your AOV, margin, and growth goals.

The first 14 days are the algorithm learning. By day 14–21, you should see initial signal. By month 2, you should see consistent performance you can scale from. Anyone promising results in week 1 is either lying or about to burn your budget chasing it.

Yes. The account is yours. You'll be the admin. I work as an assigned partner in your Meta Business Manager. If we part ways, the account, the data, the audiences, and the historical learning all stay with you. I never run client accounts under my own Business Manager. That's an old agency trick and it traps clients.

An agency has overhead: account managers, junior buyers, sales people, all of which is built into your monthly fee. You're paying for the layers, not just the work. With me, the person who sells you the engagement is the person who builds the campaigns and reads your numbers on Monday morning. Fewer handoffs, less politics, faster decisions.
