How Wetract started.

I learned marketing the slow way. From the bottom of an internship, doing the work nobody else wanted to do: setting up tracking pixels, cleaning email lists, writing subject lines for weekly broadcasts that nobody opened. I didn't know what most of the platforms did. I figured them out by being the person who had to make them work.

That boring early work taught me the thing that ended up mattering most. Most marketing teams don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. There were always too many people in the room thinking, and never enough people building, shipping, fixing, and watching the numbers move.

So I started building. Funnels. Email flows. Landing pages. Web apps from scratch. Each one was an idea that had been sitting in a doc for months, and I was the one who actually deployed it.
